Steven Fleming

Steven Fleming is the co-founder and CEO of Gryphon Capital Investments, an independent asset management firm founded in 2014 by Ashley Burtenshaw, Henry Cooke, and Steven Fleming. The firm has current funds under management of approximately $1.8 billion. They have more than 24 years of financial markets experience across debt capital markets, securitization, funds management, and structured finance. Their earlier career included roles at Threadneedle Asset Management as Executive Director and Co-Head of Threadneedle Australia; Babcock & Brown as Co-head Capital Markets Group, Structured Finance; Nomura as Associate Director in the Principal Finance Group and later as Director and Head of Trading Desk for interest rate sensitive commercial mortgages; and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Graduate. They hold a Master of Economics from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland.
