Tom Cross

Tom Cross has a diverse work experience in the asset management industry. Tom started their career at MassMutual as an Analyst in 1986 and stayed with the company until 1993. Tom then joined Babson Capital Management where they held the position of Managing Director from 1998 to 2010. After that, they worked at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers as a Vice President from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Barings as a Managing Director, leading their private equity platform called Barings Alternative Investments.

Tom Cross obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida State University - College of Business between 1982 and 1986. Tom later pursued an MBA in Business at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, from 1988 to 1990.
