Will Powers is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in private finance and banking. Currently serving as Director at Barings since March 2013, Will specializes in global private finance with a focus on financing and investing in middle-market businesses across various capital structures. Previous roles include Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager at RBS Citizens, N.A., and Assistant Vice President at both Quinten Road Management and General Electric, where Will contributed to extensive financial modeling and relationship management.
