Z J.

Z J. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private investment fund finance, currently serving as the Head of Europe at Barings since 2020, specializing in private credit, private debt, infrastructure debt, capital solutions, and special situations. Prior to this role, Z J. held the position of Fund Controller at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) from 2018 to 2020, focusing on private debt, and worked as an Account Manager at various service providers from 2012 to 2018, where the focus areas included private equity, fund of funds, private debt, infrastructure debt, and real estate debt. Z J. began a career as a Professional Accountant at RSM Ireland from 2008 to 2012.
