Allison Koehler

Allison Koehler is currently the General Counsel & Secretary at BARK. Prior to this, they served as VP, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at The RealReal from February 2020 to December 2021. Allison was also previously VP, Deputy General Counsel at AppLovin from January 2019 to December 2020. From January 2013 to December 2019, Allison served as Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel at eBay, where they were Head of Global M&A, Securities and Corporate. From January 2012 to December 2013, they were on secondment at PayPal as Legal Counsel. Allison started their career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as Counsel in the US Corporate and Securities Group from January 2001 to December 2010. Allison then became an Associate at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich from January 1998 to December 2001.

Allison Koehler's educational career includes a Doctor of Law from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, an International Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School, a Master of Science in Politics and Government of Russia and the Soviet Union from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
