Ashley MacAdam

Ashley Macadam is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the toy and product design industries. Currently serving as Associate Director at BARK since October 2022, Ashley previously held key roles such as Design Director and Senior Design Manager at Spin Master from June 2020 to October 2022. Ashley's career began as a Designer at WALK TALK MAKE LTD in March 2014 and includes significant positions such as Head of Creative at Winning Moves UK Ltd, Product Developer at HAY, and Product Designer at Royal Copenhagen. With a strong foundation in product design and development, particularly in manufacturing processes, Ashley has effectively contributed to major projects and innovation initiatives, including a notable tenure at LEGO Group. Education includes a BSc Hons in Product Design from London South Bank University and project management qualifications from The Knowledge Academy.
