Benjamin Sobel is a professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and automation. At BARK since November 2016, Benjamin has held multiple leadership roles, including Robotic Process Automation Designer and Customer Experience and Automations Lead, while managing a team of 10-15 agents to ensure high-quality work and well-being.
