Hernan Giraldo possesses extensive experience in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as VP of Customer Experience Ops at BARK since March 2015. Previously, Hernan held the position of Head of Customer Experience Operations at BARK and contributed as a Global Explorer, Volunteer & Customer Experience Researcher at Our Aventura.com, where exploration of 40 countries furthered insights into global customer experiences. Hernan has also held leadership roles at JackThreads, SPEED FC, DSW, Gap Inc., and Alliance Data, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Hernan is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology and is a candidate for a Master’s in Business Administration at Franklin University.
