Kat Beath

Kat Beath currently serves as the Head of SOX & Internal Audit at BARK, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Kat worked at Caleres, Inc. from September 2016 to September 2022, advancing from Senior Manager Internal Audit to Manager Internal Audit and Senior IT Auditor. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, where Kat progressed from IT Advisory Intern to IT Advisory Associate and ultimately to IT Advisory Senior Associate between May 2011 and September 2016. Early professional experience includes a position as Property Manager at McGowan Brothers Development and a Sales Intern role at Chemisphere Corporation, focusing on customer service, sales, and marketing. Kat holds a Master of Accounting (MACC) and a Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting from Saint Louis University, completed in 2012 and 2011, respectively.
