Matt Sanger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and program management, currently serving as the CX AI Program Manager at BARK since June 2015. In this role, Matt designs AI-powered support experiences that enhance customer interactions with the brand. Prior positions at BARK include Customer Advocacy and Insights Manager and Customer Experience Operations Manager, where responsibilities ranged from developing retention strategies to managing support operations and team building.
