Heather Harding is an experienced HR Operations Manager and people leader with over 10 years in developing high-performing teams and enhancing organizational efficiency. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Barkbus, Heather previously held roles at The Women’s Center of Jacksonville, ULTA Beauty, Disney Store, and Carvana, where they directed HR functions, managed operations, and improved employee engagement and performance. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a Master of Arts in Education from Virginia Tech. In their personal time, Heather enjoys community theatre, board games, and spending time with their dogs.
