Barker & Scott exists to do one thing: equip the world’s greatest nonprofits to solve the world’s greatest problems.

Nonprofits are in the business of making the world a better place, and so are we.
• We believe this planet is sacred and it is our responsibility to care for and protect it.
• We believe in equal justice and opportunity for all.
• We believe in science and its capacity to bring clarity to our understanding of ourselves and the world.
• We believe in the arts and its imaginative power to liberate the human spirit.
• We believe access to knowledge provides the means for every human being to realize their greatest potential.

If there's one thing we've learned in our years of serving national and international nonprofits, it's that solving the world's greatest challenges doesn't happen with one-size-fits-all solutions.

Instead, we take an approach to our work that is rooted in experience, expertise, empathy, and an awareness that the path to success looks different for every individual, team, and organization. Your success is our #1 priority.

If you're looking for a partner who's been where you are, who brings experience and expertise in strategy, fundraising and CRM, IT and data governance, financial and impact measurement applications, project management, and change management to the table, and is as committed to making the world a better place as you are—we would love to work with you.
