Hayley Selch

Hayley Selch is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital growth strategy and media. Currently serving as Vice President of Media & Growth at Rosie Labs Global, a position held since January 2018, Hayley has also worked at BARKER Advertising & Interactive since March 2016, where roles have included Senior Planning Strategist and Senior Account Executive. Prior experience includes account management roles at Grey Group and Red Fuse Communications, as well as hands-on equine management at Lionshare Farm. Hayley started their career as a Working Student at Edelweiss Farms and gained insights through an internship at TBWA\Chiat\Day. An education from the Wisconsin School of Business, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management and Human Resources was earned, complements professional endeavors.
