Inspired by place, shaped by people. A partnership between L&Q housing association and the Mayor of London, Barking Riverside Limited is transforming a former industrial site in East London alongside 2km of south facing Thames river frontage.
 
The project will create an exciting and vibrant neighbourhood of over 10,000 homes. Connectivity will be enhanced by a new London Overground station, and an Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. Barking Riverside is truly a place like no other.
