Stephen Rayner serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at the Clean Energy Association of BC since December 2024. At Barkley Project Group Ltd., Rayner leads the Community Infrastructure Department, specializing in developing sustainable projects for First Nations. Additionally, Rayner is an Elected Councilor for the Huu-ay-aht First Nations, overseeing the Economic Development and Green Energy and Climate Sustainability portfolios. Previous roles include Director of Infrastructure at Huu-ay-aht First Nations and various positions as a Geomatics Technologist at firms including Herold Engineering Limited, Chatwin Engineering, and SNC-Lavalin. Rayner holds a diploma in Surveying Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2007.
