Ken Chang

Ken Chang has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Ken began their professional journey in 2008 as a Consultant at MarketSphere. In 2010, they joined RSM McGladrey, Inc as a Senior Associate for a short period.

From 2012 to 2018, Ken worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City. Ken started as a Business Systems Analyst and then transitioned into roles as a Product Manager and Market Innovation Specialist.

In 2018, Ken joined Children's Mercy Kansas City as a Planning Analyst, Strategy. Later on, they took on the role of Manager, Business & Strategic Planning until June 2022.

Currently, Ken Chang serves as the Director, Health Innovations at Barkley since June 2022.

Ken Chang has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas School of Business, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. Ken later pursued a Master of Business Administration from the same institution, specializing in Marketing and International Business, from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they briefly attended the Indian School of Business, and in 2007, they spent some time at the ESC Clermont Business School.
