Nicholas Cruser has a diverse work experience in the field of digital media and marketing. Nicholas began their career at Creative Marketing Alliance as a Marketing Intern, where they tracked analytics, designed company calendars, and created e-mail blasts for multiple clients. Nicholas then moved on to Frontline Medical Communications, where they worked as a Marketing Communications Intern, tracking impressions and managing analytics for ads, overseeing multiple journals, and assisting with web design. Later, they became a Digital Account Manager at the same company, collaborating with advertisers, sales, and internal teams to drive advertiser success, managing and trafficking over 50 multi-platform campaigns, and providing data analysis to develop actionable insights. After that, Nicholas joined Refuel Agency as a Paid Social Media Buyer, leading strategic development and execution across paid social media products and emerging platforms, creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns on various platforms. Currently, they are working as a Digital Media Buyer at Barkley.

Nicholas Cruser attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. During the same period, they also completed a minor in International Business. In 2022, Nicholas obtained a certification in Digital Media Essentials from Basis Technologies.
