Andre Jordão

Andre Jordão has a long and varied work experience. Andre began their career in 2006 as a Technology Consultant at Accenture. In 2008, they moved to Portugal Telecom, where they held the roles of User Experience Lead and UX Designer & Developer. In 2012, they founded Foodzai, an online marketplace for amateur food, which was launched in London, Berlin, Dublin and Lisbon, and was among the top 50 of web traffic from startups in the UK in 2013. In 2013, they co-founded WunderCar, a ride-sharing company, and served as Chief Product Officer. Andre then moved on to become a Mentor at Startupbootcamp in 2015, and a Growth Consultant for funded startups, focusing on product, online marketing, customer acquisition and retention. In 2016, they became an Advisor at AddVolt, mentoring the founders on fundraising and marketing. Andre is currently the Founder & CEO of Barkyn, a subscription service for dogs with food and health combined.

Andre Jordão attended the Universidade de Aveiro from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Information Technologies. In 2011, they completed a Technology Entrepreneurship Program at the same university.
