Steve F.

Steve F. is an experienced professional with a career spanning over a decade. Steve began their career in 2010 as a Resident Assistant at Ithaca College. In 2011, they moved to SURREEL as an Assistant Video Editor, where they photographed and edited events for various clients. In 2013, they took on the role of an ESL Teacher at EPIK, where they developed lesson plans and boosted classroom participation. In 2014, Steve F. joined Clinic Forward as Director, where they created personalized value videos and closed sales over video discovery calls. In 2016, they moved to ALG & PM as a Marketer, where they generated attorney clients and managed media buyers and web developers. In 2020, they joined ComplySci as Senior Client Support Specialist. Most recently, they are the Head of Sales, Customer Success & Support at Barn Owl Tech, Inc.

Steve F. began their educational journey at Norwood High School, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Steve then attended Ithaca College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Cinema & Photography. During their time at Ithaca College, Steve also participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at Hanyang University in Seoul, South Korea, focusing on Documentary Production & Screenwriting. In addition to their formal education, Steve has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Coursera, UMichigan, Northwestern University, Salesforce, and SuccessHACKER. These certifications include Interactivity with JavaScript, Introduction to CSS3, Introduction to HTML5, Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL), Technical Support Fundamentals, Customer Segmentation and Prospecting, Business Admin Specialist, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1.
