Ed Large

Ed Large is currently the Head of UK Volunteering and Community Engagement at Barnardo's, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Ed served as Volunteering Development Manager at St John Ambulance from 2019 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team to innovate volunteer programs and support NHS initiatives. Ed's career began at Oxford University Press, where they held several roles from 2012 to 2014, culminating as Professional Development and Events Support Manager. Ed holds a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and completed studies at St Edwards School, Oxford.
