Ronald Baker has been with Barnes Group Inc. as a Systems Analyst for payroll processing since 1993. Ronald also holds the role of Systems Analyst at Associated Spring, managing computer equipment for the division. Prior to these positions, Ronald worked as an MIS Manager at HON Industries and as a Programmer/Analyst at General Electric. Ronald holds a BS in Computer Science from PennWest Edinboro.
