Edward Cupps

Edward Cupps is the Head of Product at BarnTools since June 2025, where a focus is placed on product vision and strategy in modern agriculture. Concurrently, Edward serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice in Graphic Design at Iowa State University, developing graduate-level courses in UX methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Design and Principal Product Designer at Mural, as well as multiple positions at Workiva, including Principal User Experience Designer and Director of User Experience. Edward's career began as a Lead Web Designer at Guardian, Inc. and includes extensive freelance work in graphic design and illustration. Edward holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Advertising, Art & Design History/Theory, and Political Science from Iowa State University.
