Barnwell Bio turns your barn's microbiome into actionable intelligence. We help poultry operations detect emerging health threats before clinical signs appear — giving producers the lead time to intervene early, reduce losses, and make more precise intervention decisions.

Our proprietary platform analyzes environmental samples via metagenomic sequencing to provide continuous, non-invasive surveillance of barn-level pathogen dynamics. Beyond early detection, we help producers and their veterinarians evaluate treatment efficacy, by tracking microbial shifts in response to interventions and informing what actions to take next.

We support hard-working producers in navigating the many challenges of modern agriculture, saving them time and money, and giving them confidence in the critical animal health and management decisions they are making every day.

We work with customers across the country, and are supported by veterinary and agriculture experts from leading universities and non-profit organizations.
