Jon Franklin

Jon Franklin has a diverse range of work experience in the finance industry. Jon started their career as an Analyst at Affordable Residential Communities, where they were involved in financial and operational analysis and modeling. Jon then moved on to become a Senior Analyst at the same company, where they worked on debt sizing, defeasance, and refinancing analysis. Later, they served as Assistant Treasurer, responsible for debt reporting, debt covenant compliance, and cash flow and cash planning models.

In 2007, Jon joined American Residential Communities as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.
