Danny Windham

Danny Windham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology since January 2019, Windham plays a pivotal role in advancing genomic sciences to benefit global health. In addition to this role, Windham holds board positions at several companies, including Starfish Holdings International Ltd., Baron Weather, Tango Tango, RippleWorx, and BizTech Huntsville. Windham also contributes to the Huntsville Advisory Board at ServisFirst Bank. Previously, Windham was CEO of Digium until 2018 and held the position of COO/President at ADTRAN from 1989 to 2006. Windham holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mississippi State University.
