At Barone Management, we are a boutique dual platform real estate firm structured into two separate but complimentary divisions, construction and development, dedicated to developing our own real estate holdings. We are located in Manhattan and operate in the New York City metropolitan market. Over the years we have carved out a niche in the highly competitive NYC market, allowing us to produce an impressive track record and a prestigious list of completed projects. We continue to expand our holdings and developments while maintaining and managing a portfolio of premier properties.
