Ravi Kumar

Ravi Kumar is an experienced operations analyst currently working at BarRaiser since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ravi was a service account manager at RIVIGO from May 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included daily transactional query monitoring, partner management, capacity planning, and process audits. Previously, Ravi served as a client success associate at Magicpin (Samast Technologies) from September 2015 to April 2017, managing business development in South and West Delhi and successfully onboarding over 30 merchants in under two months.
