Chanda Chileshe

Chanda Chileshe is an experienced Head of Sales with a strong background in the residential property sector. They began their career as a Registered Mortgage Advisor at Lloyds Banking Group from 2005 to 2011, before transitioning to various sales roles at Bovis Homes, Barratt London, Crest Nicholson plc, and Linden Homes. Chanda held multiple managerial positions, including Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager, leading to their most recent role as Head of Sales at Barratt Redrow in 2025. They are currently pursuing their education at St Peters High School Gloucester.
