Chris Bailey

Chris Bailey is currently the Group Skills Development Manager at Barratt Redrow, where they lead Learning and Development provisions and apprenticeship programs. Previously, Chris has held various leadership roles in the Retail, Hospitality, and Construction industries, including positions at Starbucks, SSP UK & Ireland, and Bam Nuttall Ltd, where they excelled in developing early careers strategies and managing apprenticeship programs. Chris has a strong background in coaching and mentoring, having worked in educational and developmental roles such as Head of Year at Collingwood College and Youth Development Coach in the Voluntary Sector. They hold an ICF Masters Diploma in Coaching and have a Level 3 qualification in Coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
