Wayne Rees

Wayne Rees is an experienced project management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the construction and infrastructure sectors across the UK. Currently serving as Project Director at Barratt Redrow since July 2025, prior roles include Land Director and Special Projects Director at Redrow from 2014 to 2025, as well as Technical Director and Main Board Director at Macob Group, where responsibilities included strategy development, land acquisition, and asset management. Earlier experience as Senior Project Engineer at Skanska Technology involved managing design delivery for diverse projects and international collaboration.
