Wayne Smith possesses extensive experience in the construction and sales sectors, with significant roles in site management and operations. At IMFE Ltd, Wayne served as a Site Operative/Supervisor, focusing on commercial HVAC installations for prestigious projects, including the London Science Museum. Prior to this, Wayne spent nearly eight years at Countrywide Plc as a Sales Manager and held various positions, including Branch Manager and Senior Sales Consultant.
