Joy Johnson

Joy Johnson is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Creative Director and Consultant at Mighty Networks since October 2020, Joy also leads Joy Creative Studio and works as Creative Director for Rocksbox and barre3. Prior positions include Creative Director at SaaStr, overseeing major B2B software events, and Creative Director roles at Penske Media Corporation and SheKnows Media, where Joy managed creative teams and production budgets. Earlier experience includes freelance design work for Sequence and BlogHer, and a background in visual email design for Greater Than AIDS. Joy holds a BFA in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University and has been instrumental in developing innovative design solutions for digital advertising and social media campaigns throughout a dynamic career.
