Sixteen CNC Lathes plus five Machining Centers are the workhorses in our shop. These are complemented by horizontal and vertical conventional mills and two large Automatic Band Saws. We have experience in machining mild steel, alloy steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, brass, aluminum bronze, iron castings, steel forgings and plastic.
Our Specialty is the machining of parts that are larger than 1" in diameter and smaller than 18" in diameter. The maximum length we can machine is 51" and the maximum weight of raw material per piece is 100 lbs. We can run up to 5-1/2" diameter material through the spindle.
