Amelia Barrett is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, California Real Estate Appraiser, and a Certified Real Property Tax Appraiser.  She is thePresident of Barrett Property Management, Inc.  She discovered her passion for working in the real estate industry in Nevada County in 2005 when she started providing real estate support services to a local top producing Realtor.  In 2006 she obtained her real estate salesperson license, and then later obtained her real estate appraisal license in 2009 to better her knowledge of the real estate industry.  She most recently worked for the County of Nevada appraising residential and commercial real estate for property tax purposes and appeals hearings.  Amelia left the county in July of 2012 to pursue her goal of starting her own property management company.  With her vast experience in the real estate industry, Amelia has become a successful business owner.  Her passion for property management exuberates through the superior services she delivers to tenants, property owner, investor, and industry associates alike.
