With over 20 years of experience in personal and organizational development, Niran provides coaching, training, and consulting services focused on innovation, culture change, and leadership. Niran has facilitated large-scale transformations across various sectors and coached hundreds of executives worldwide. Niran began their career as an assistant professor at Shenzhen University and has held senior positions at Coca-Cola and SC Johnson, where significant innovations were achieved. Niran holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from UCLA, and is currently based in Sydney, Australia.
