Adam Murray has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as an Open Pit Operations Supervisor at Barrick Gold Corporation since June 2013. In this role, Adam has worked closely with operations to ensure proper waste management and has taken the lead on mine waste placement for tailings dam expansion projects. Prior roles at Barrick Gold include Ore Control Engineer and Dump Planning Engineer, as well as Dispatch Engineer, where Adam managed the dispatch system and utilized Modular Mining Systems, SQL databases, and Crystal Reports. Adam also completed multiple summer internships at Barrick Gold and AngloGold Ashanti, focusing on project planning, ore control, and surveying. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
