Alex Bransome

Alex Bransome has a strong background in cybersecurity and network administration, beginning with a role as Assistant Cisco Lecturer at North East Surrey College of Technology where involvement in the first Cisco CCNA course and coaching for the Cisco World Skills competition took place. Experience spans various positions, including Cyber Security Consultant and Network Security Consultant at Doherty Associates, where responsibilities included advising clients on security solutions and overseeing internal security programs. Alex served as the interim Head of Information Security at Eversheds Sutherland and currently holds the position of Cyber Security Lead at Barrick Mining Corporation. Previous experience also includes a role as Network Administrator at King's College School Wimbledon, managing network operations and upgrades, with a foundational education in IT for E-Business - Network Specialist from Kingston University.
