Ben Bartlett

Ben Bartlett is an experienced geologist with a diverse background in resource development and mineral resource management. Over a career spanning several decades, Bartlett has held significant positions at various companies, including Fosterville Gold Mine as Geology Superintendent, Newmont Corporation as Manager Resource Development and Directional Studies, and Barrick Mining Corporation as Manager Mineral Resources for Reko Diq. Key responsibilities have encompassed geological modeling, resource estimation, and the management of multi-disciplined teams. Bartlett has contributed to major mining projects across different regions, providing expertise in economic evaluations, grade control processes, and geological framework development.
