Forward Mphande

FORWARD MPHANDE, CFE, currently serves as a Security Officer at Barrick Gold Corporation since September 2020. Prior to this role, FORWARD worked as a ZRA Officer at the Zambia Revenue Authority from March 2016 to August 2020, focusing on customs enforcement and smuggling prevention. FORWARD’s earlier experience includes positions as a Forensic Investigator at Mopani Copper Mines PLC and as a General Crime Investigations Officer with the Zambia Police Service. FORWARD holds a Bachelor of Arts in Investigation and Security Management from Copperstone University, along with a Diploma in Forensic Accounting, a Certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing, Procurement, and Contracts Management.
