Jeric Castillo

Jeric Castillo is an experienced Shutdown Planner/Scheduler in the mining and energy sectors, currently working at Barrick Mining Corporation since October 2025, focusing on critical shutdown activities for various plant components. Previously, Jeric held roles at Ambatovy Joint-Venture, managing total plant shutdowns in Madagascar, and at Shell, where planning and preparation for maintenance activities were key responsibilities at the Germany site. Prior experience includes positions at JG Summit Olefins Corporation as a maintenance and shutdown planner for a naphtha cracker plant, and a mechanical technician role at Siemens Energy. Jeric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Batangas State University.
