Jethro Mangane

Jethro Mangane is currently the HR Systems Lead for Africa & Middle East at Barrick Mining Corporation. Previously, Jethro served as an ICT Superintendent for Gold Fields and held various roles at Accenture, including SAP HCM Analyst and SAP HR OM/PA Analyst. With over eight years of experience in HR systems and data management, Jethro developed substantial expertise in project planning, data migration, and organizational process design. Jethro holds a Master of Technology in Information Technology from Vaal University of Technology and is dedicated to advancing a career in IT business analysis.
