John Dunsire

John Dunsire is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network management and infrastructure maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior IT Communications Specialist at Barrick Gold Corporation since July 2011, Dunsire is responsible for managing and maintaining the WAN and LAN network infrastructure for the AUSPAC region. Prior to this role, Dunsire worked as an IT Communications Specialist at Equinox Minerals Limited, overseeing network operations at multiple corporate and exploration sites. Dunsire's career also includes a decade as a Senior Systems Engineer at The RDA Group, specializing in network switching, routing, and server management. Dunsire began the professional journey as a Service Technician at PCU and holds a Diploma of Technology in Computer Systems Engineering from TAFE NSW.
