Lassine Diabate

Lassine Diabate possesses extensive experience in metallurgy within the mining industry, having served as Metallurgical Superintendent at Barrick Gold Corporation since January 2019 and previously as Senior Plant Metallurgist at Randgold Resources Mali Sarl from March 2013 to January 2019. Early career roles included Plant Metallurgist and Shift Metallurgist at Randgold Resources Ltd, where initial training focused on all metallurgical parameters at the plant. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sustainable Management of Mines from the Institut International de l'Ingénierie de l'Eau obtained in 2019, alongside a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculté des Sciences et Techniques earned in 2010. Expertise includes oversight of hydro-metallurgical processes such as Leach Process, Elution, and Electrowinning Efficiency.
