Michel Acuy

Michel Acuy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and management, currently serving as a Senior Contracts Administrator at Barrick Gold Corporation since June 2021, managing various construction packages for the Pueblo Viejo Expansion. As the CEO and Founder of AA Contratistas, Michel leads projects related to fire systems maintenance and water system construction in native communities. Previous roles include Lead Contracts Administrator at Ausenco, overseeing the Mina Justa Project, and Senior Contract Administrator for the Lima Airport Development Program with Turner & Townsend. With an MBA in Strategic Business Management from CENTRUM PUCP and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Michel possesses a strong academic background complemented by a diploma in PMI Project Management from Universidad del Pacífico.
