Philip Kay

Philip Kay, CSMP, has a robust background in security and military operations, beginning with 20 years as a Regular Force Infantryman in the New Zealand Defence Force from September 1990 to October 2010, where assignments included various roles within an Infantry Battalion and instructional positions. Following military service, Philip served as Country Security Manager and Highlands Regional Security Manager at Bemobile Ltd. from July 2011 to June 2013. Philip then advanced to the Porgera Joint Venture in Papua New Guinea, holding multiple specialist trainer positions in the Asset Protection Department from March 2014 to June 2016. Currently, Philip serves as Superintendent of the Asset Protection Department at Barrick Gold Corporation, a position held since June 2022.
