Reinet Harbidge

Reinet Harbidge is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in exploration and target generation, currently serving as a Generative Geologist at Barrick Gold Corporation since March 2019. Prior roles include Principal Generative Geologist and New Business Manager at Randgold Resources Ltd from April 2007 to March 2019, and earlier positions at Central African Gold and Metallon Gold, where responsibilities encompassed exploration target generation in West and Southern Africa. Reinet's educational background includes an MSc in Geology with a focus on Remote Sensing and GIS from ITC, a BScHons in Geology from the University of Johannesburg, and ongoing business evaluations and structural geology courses from various esteemed institutions, including Imperial College London and the University of Cape Town.
