Scott Taylor

Scott Taylor has over 13 years of experience in the mining and geothermal industries, currently serving as a Production Operator at Barrick Gold Corporation since March 2010. In this role, Scott focuses on maintaining safety and efficiency while operating and training employees on heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. Prior to Barrick Gold, Scott was a Supervisor and Operator at Vulcan Power Company from July 2006 to July 2009, where responsibilities included leading a team and gaining insights into geothermal processes, alongside extensive experience with various heavy machinery. Scott has also completed Nevada EMS First Responder Training and possesses a unique blend of knowledge in financial independence, life, and philanthropy from the School of Hard Knocks.
