Tesfay E. Kefle is currently the Manager of Resource Geology at Barrick Mining Corporation in Lumwana, Zambia. They previously served as the Mineral Resources Manager at Nevada Gold Mines from 2022 to 2024 and were a Senior Geologist at Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. from 2011 to 2022, where they supervised the geology team and contributed to resource modeling. Tesfay began their career as an Exploration Geologist at Nevsun Resources from 2003 to 2009, playing a key role in a significant mining project in Eritrea.
