Stephane Solignac

Stephane Solignac has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and social management. Currently serving as Directeur SIRH, Paye et Contrôle de gestion sociale at Barrière since September 2018, Stephane oversees a team of 30, focusing on optimizing payroll and HR processes and integrating various HRIS solutions, including Workday and PeopleDoc. Prior to this role, Stephane held the position of Responsable SIRH Groupe, managing the implementation of Workday and enhancing internal processes. Previous experience includes senior consulting roles at Talentsoft and several leadership positions at Spie batignolles, where Stephane managed HRIS projects and controlled social management. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from ESGRH.
