Tim Miller is the Co-Founder and CEO of Barringer Construction, a role held since the company's establishment in June 2011. Miller's professional journey began in 1995 with RT Dooley, a prominent commercial general contractor, where valuable experience was gained, ultimately rising to the position of Senior Vice President. Following the acquisition of RT Dooley by Balfour Beatty in February 2009, Miller served as Vice President of Operations until June 2011. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1991 and 1995.
